My life has been shaped by bold transitions: migrating from Singapore to Australia, raising two Gen Z sons in a new culture, reinventing my career across industries, and deepening my faith through every season. These experiences haven’t just built resilience—they’ve given me insight into the emotional and spiritual challenges that many face but few talk about.

I founded Hope Is Mine Counselling to offer a safe, compassionate space for people walking through:

• Career Reinvention & Life Transitions – From aviation to education to entrepreneurship, I’ve pivoted with purpose. I help others do the same—especially women seeking clarity, courage, and direction in midlife.

• Faith & Emotional Wellbeing – My Christian faith is the foundation of my practice. I integrate biblical wisdom with therapeutic insight to help clients renew their minds, restore hope, and reconnect with God’s design for their lives.
