About Your Facilitator
I’m Eileen Chang, a qualified counsellor, educator, and migrant mother who has raised two Gen Z sons in Australia. My work is grounded in evidence‑based psychotherapy and shaped by lived experience — navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, and the realities of parenting across cultures. I specialise in supporting migrant families, multicultural communities, and parents seeking to build stronger emotional connection with their teens.
I'm looking forward to bring together my clinical training, my background in adult education, and my deep understanding of the Asian parenting experience to help make your parenting journey better.
